三乐大波水泥瓦是我公司引进国外***生产技术、设备及原料，自行设计、研发、生产的新一代轻质屋面材料。此产品为水泥纤维制品，主要原料有高标号42.5水泥、增强纤维（PVA）、矿物纤维、石棉纤维和部分超细微硅粉等。在严格的配料规程下，采用***的生产工艺生产出三乐彩瓦的本色瓦体。所以三乐大波水泥瓦坚固耐用，是农工棚架搭建***产品！

8搬运加工安装指引
瓦的搬运和堆放
1. 搬运时，要轻拿轻放，不要碰撞抛掷，禁止野蛮装卸。
2. 搬运应二人合作，分别抬瓦的两端头，而不是抬瓦的两边。
3. 用汽车或其他运输工具装运瓦时，底部要平坦，不允许有碎石，硬杂物等。
4. 堆放瓦时，应先择坚实平坦地面，有专用垫架为佳，大波水泥瓦请在室内存放。
5. 瓦堆放的数量，每垛应控制在不超过100张。

三乐大波水泥瓦是一种轻质高强新型瓦材，适合用在各种屋面结构上。为保证防水效果、施工安全和突出屋面的美观，要求屋面的坡度不小于1/10（否则搭接处需特别做防水处理），搭接长度不小于200mm，檩条间距不得大于800mm，大于1300mm 施工方法如下：
1.（施工前）认清瓦的大小弧，搭接时小弧一边置于大弧下面；
2.（施工前）根据地区常年主导风向选择排瓦方向；

3.切瓦
切角纵向为瓦的搭接长度，横向为瓦的搭接宽度。（标准檩条间距为800mm，切角纵向与横向分别为200mm及50mm，具体切角纵向及横向长度以檩条实际间距为准进行调整）
