RG500Ⅰ型手持式铝箔封口机是一种便携式电磁感应加热封口设备，专为制药、化工、***、食品、化妆品、轻工行业对容器进行铝箔严密封口，封口容器材质使用广泛。
该机小巧轻便，使用简单，封口感应头直径Φ60毫米，适合小批量生产和实验室作业。
电磁感应铝箔封口机是利用电磁感应的原理，将瓶口上的铝箔片瞬间产生高热，然后熔合在瓶口上，达到封口的功能。
具有良好的防潮、防霉、防伪、防盗作用，起到延长物品保存周期的目的。
容器的材质可以是聚乙烯（PE）、聚丙烯（PP）、聚***（PS）、聚酯（PET）、ABS以及玻璃、陶瓷等，不能用于金属瓶体及瓶盖。
该机选用日本***新模块化功率器件，较于一般电子管感应加热器更省电，热效率达90%以上，瞬时加热速度为后者的20-30倍。
