原理及特点：

高速全自动旋盖机是由我公司***近改进的一种新型旋盖机。该机外形美观大方、灵巧、旋盖速度快，合格率高、适用于食品、制药、日化、***、化妆品等行业的不同瓶形的旋盖。
　　 该机种设计新颖独到、机械扭矩控制智能化，并且操作与调节十分便利，操作人员只需将瓶盖置于瓶口上，瓶子在向前运行的过程中，瓶盖被三组搓盖轮自动拧紧。既可用于单机生产，更是连线生产的理想机型。可方便地升级为完全的自动旋盖机ASP，我们有提升式、斜盘式、震荡式等落盖系统，可根据实际需要选配。
自动旋盖机主要适用于不同材质的规格及不同规格的盖、旋（轧）盖。适用螺旋盖、防盗盖防童盖、压入盖等。备有恒扭矩旋盖头，压力可方便调整。结构紧凑、合理，能方便与其它设备联动成线，防尘罩可选购。
