单流无磁热量表使用说明

一、使用场合

JN-RLM(D)系列热量表主要用于测量住宅小区的供暖或制冷系统，使用的温度范围：4~95℃。

二、工作原理

在供热系统中，热水通过释放（制冷系统为吸收）热量给用户供热，在一定的时间内，其热量与进出水管的温差、流过热水的体积成正比。

流经流量传感器的热水量通过无磁传感器送给计算器，进出水管间的温差通过安装在管道上的配对温度传感器传输给计算器，计算器根据流过流量传感器的热水体积、温差进行时间积分来达到计算能量消耗的目的。

三、特点

● 流量范围：1.5~3.5m³/h

四、计量特性

● 水压：不超过1.6Mpa

● 计量等级及***大允许误差

本热量表的计量等级为3级，其误差限符合以下曲线：

其中Δθ_min为热量表的***小温差，Δθ为实际温差。

I   Application

JIENUAN-RLM(D) series heat meters can be used to calculate heat or cold in apartment. This series is suitable for temperature range from 4 to 95℃

II  Principle

Water will release heat if temperature decreases. Released heat is ratable with temperature difference and flowing volume through meter.

Flowing volume signal comes from flow sensor，temperature difference comes from temperature sensor pair，as result the calculator will calculate heat according to the flowing volume and temperature difference。
