二、产品概述
塑料低温脆性试验机是测定塑料在规定条件下试样受冲击出现***时的***高温度，即为脆性温度，可以对非硬质塑料及其他弹性材料在低温条件下的使用性能作比较性鉴定。温度和低温性能的优劣。因此无论在科学研究材料及生产过程的控制等方面均是不可缺少的。
本仪器是根据GB/T5470***标准设计的，***新研制开发的压缩机制冷设备。本设备采用复叠式压缩机制冷技术，利用热平衡原理及循环搅拌方式，达到对试样的自动均匀冷却、恒温。
三、塑料低温脆性试验机技术参数
1、控温范围： -70℃
2、降温速度： 2小时左右达到-70℃
（注：使用环境在室温下使用，工作时保持压缩机散温效果，可将侧门全部打开）
3、恒温后，试验3min时间内温度波动：＜&plu***n;1℃

四、塑料低温脆性试验机结构原理
1、本设备由制冷压缩机主机体、加热装置、电子控制箱、冷却槽、冷却介质循环系统、自动报警装置等部分组成。启动制冷开关后，压缩机开始工作，制冷系统进入正式工作状态。制冷压缩机连续不断的工作，当接近设定温度时，冷却槽中的加热装置开始按比例提供热量，用以平衡制冷系统产生的多余冷量，以达到恒温的目的。搅拌可使冷却槽内的冷却介质不断循环，使温度均匀一致。

冲击装置由冲***和自锁机构组成。
4、冲击器
4.1 A试样：
a）冲头半径为1.6&plu***n;0.1mm；
b）钳口半径为4.0&plu***n;0.1mm；
c) 冲头中心线与夹具间隙为3.6&plu***n;0.1mm；
d）冲头的外侧与夹具间隙为2.0&plu***n;0.1mm
4.2 B试样：
a）冲头半径为1.6&plu***n;0.1mm；
b）冲头中心线与夹具间隙为7.87&plu***n;0.25mm；
c) 冲头的外侧与夹具间隙为6.35&plu***n;0.25mm
五、塑料低温脆性试验机使用方法
5.1向冷井中注入冷冻介质（一般为工业乙醇），其注入量应保证夹持器的下端到液面的距离为75&plu***n;10mm。
5.2接通电源，温控仪和计时器显示灯亮。
5.3将试样垂直夹在夹持器上。夹的不宜过紧或过松，以防止试样变形或脱落。
5.4按下夹持器，开始冷冻试样，同时启动时序控制开关（或按动秒表）计时。试样冷冻时间规定为3.0&plu***n;0.5min。试样冷冻期间，冷冻介质温度波动不得超过&plu***n;1℃。
5.5拉动冲***自锁手柄，冲***在重力作用下自由下落，对试样做冲击动作。
5.6取下试样，将试样按冲击方向弯曲成180°，仔细观察有无***。
5.7试样经冲击后（每个试样只准冲击一次），如出现***时，应提高冷冻介质的温度，否则降低其温度，继续进行试验。通过反复试验，确定至少有两个试样不***的***低温度和至少一个试样***的***高温度，如这两个结果相差不大于1℃时，即试验结束。
六、塑料低温脆性试验机试验标准
6.1规格
A：试样的长为20.0&plu***n;0.25mm，宽为2.5&plu***n;0.1mm，厚为2.0&plu***n;0.1mm的条形试样
B：试样的长为31.75&plu***n;6.35mm，宽为6.35&plu***n;0.51mm，厚为1.91&plu***n;0.13mm
6.2要求
试样的表面应光滑，无外来杂质及损伤。成品应经打磨后裁制成相应尺寸。

1、本设备由制冷压缩机主机体、加热装置、电子控制箱、冷却槽、冷却介质循环系统、自动报警装置等部分组成。启动制冷开关后，压缩机开始工作，制冷系统进入正式工作状态。制冷压缩机连续不断的工作，当接近设定温度时，冷却槽中的加热装置开始按比例提供热量，用以平衡制冷系统产生的多余冷量，以达到恒温的目的。搅拌可使冷却槽内的冷却介质不断循环，使温度均匀一致。

5.1向冷井中注入冷冻介质（一般为工业乙醇），其注入量应保证夹持器的下端到液面的距离为75&plu***n;10mm。
