热过载保护(TOL)
热过载保护是通过对电动机运行中热容量的跟踪计算来保护 电动机免于因过热而缩短寿命或损坏。同时,热过载保护的 热记忆功能对需要频繁启动电机的场合具有重要的意义。 热过载保护具有热记忆功能,可以有效地保护马达过热状态 下重复起动。M101 / M102 装置模拟了电机在各种运行状态 下的热状态,以便大限度地使用电机,又能保证电机的安 全。热过载保护同时考虑了电机转子和定子的温升,并充分 考虑了三相不平衡对电机发热的影响。当要重新起动马达时, 装置会自动判断马达停止运行后的温度是否已下降到可以重 新起动的限值,是则允许重新起动马达,否则闭锁起动操作 直至电机温度下降到满足重新起动的限定条件。
