KSD9700型热保护器是由导热PBT外壳、焊有银合金触点的双金属元件、导电支架、绝缘固定座、静触片及耐热导线等元件组成。全封闭的结构能使元件免受灰尘或杂质的污染，防止漆液的渗透及外力的损坏。由于外壳是金属导电体，在使用时配置有导热且耐温的绝缘套管。电流通过有阻抗的双金属元件，遇非正常工作时，随电流增大或周围温度升高至设定温度值时，双金属元件迅速动作，打开触点，切断电路。当装置冷却到安全工作温度时，触点自动闭合，***正常工作状态。广泛应用于单相、三相电机由于过载、堵转等非正常工作状态下引起的电机过热保护，也适用于扼流线圈、螺旋真空管以及变压器等一般电器的过热保护和温度控制。
使用范围：
- 本产品适用于各种电机、电磁炉、吸尘机、线圈、变压器、电暖器、镇流器、电热电器等
- 采用接触感温安装时，应使产品贴紧被控器具的安装面。
3.安装时，不能大力把外壳压塌或使其变形，以免影响其性能。
