磁滞联轴器
Magnetic-delay coupling
磁滞联轴器主要由***磁钢、感应盘及外壳制成,它们之间产生一个交替多极磁场,当电动机拖动感应盘高速旋转时,通过磁耦合带动磁盘运转。由于负载力矩的变化会在两盘之间出现转数滑差,可以产生一个抗拒滑差的扭转力矩,这就是磁滞联轴器在卷筒上得以广泛应用的原因。其内部结构如图2。
Magnetic-delay coupling is mainly c***ist of permanent magnetic steel, inducting disk and shell, and there will be a multi poles magnetic field, when the motor drives the inducting disk quickly rotating, which also bring the magnetic disk rotating along with it throng coupling. Due to the rotate sliding difference between two disks, an anti-sliding difference turn moment will be created, that is also the reason why this series of magnetic-delay coupling is widely used.
