耐电压击穿强度试验仪计算机系统及软件包:
1,试验软件是我公司***新研发的功能强大,操作简单,显示直观的试验软件系统。

耐电压击穿强度试验仪适用范围：
主要适用于固体绝缘材料（如：塑料、橡胶、层压材料、薄膜、树脂、云母、陶瓷、玻璃、绝缘漆等绝缘材料及绝缘件）在工频电压或直流电压下击穿强度和耐电压的测试。
耐电压击穿强度试验仪操作步骤：
1、试验前的准备：
1）打开试验机右侧的总电源开关,预热15分钟。
2）打开计算机进入Windows系统。双击本仪器软件的快捷图标打开试验登录界面输入登录密码即可进入试验界面。
2、交直流试验的切换
1）本仪器高压输出为交流电压。直流的获得方式为在原回路中串入高压硅堆，使测试回路为脉动的直流电压。实现的过程为，硅堆已经在高压变压器的高压绝缘塔中，平时用一个短路杆把高压硅堆短接。需要直流试验时，取出短路杆，使高压硅堆接入测试电路中，这时回路的电压为脉动的直流电压。
2）前面板直流交流选择按钮。该按钮的状态不能改变设备输出的电压性质。按下该按钮，设备仅仅是把直流报警电路接入。指示用户，当打开箱门时，您需要对高压均压球放电。转动放电杆，使放电杆的端部铜球接触高压均压球。建议用户每次放电铜球接触高压均压球时间大于五秒。
3）试验的交直流电压切换，主要取决于高压绝缘塔中的短路杆是否取出。当取出短路杆时，高压均压球上的电压为直流电压，插入短路杆时，高压均压球上的电压为交流电压。短路杆的取出、插入参看左侧的示意图。
耐电压击穿强度试验仪技术要求：
1、设备输入电压：交流 50KV (普通试验室电源均可兼容)

4、试验方法：0-50KV全量程可调(采用高精度电压采样器件，取消了同类厂家由于电压采样精度不够必须采用高压分级的方式)

耐电压击穿强度试验仪整机组成：
1、升压部件：由调压器和高压变压器组成0～50KV的升压部分。
2、动部件：由步进电机均匀调节调压器使加给高压变压器的电压变化。
3、检测部件：由集成电路组成的测量电路。通过信号线把检测的模拟信号和开关信号传给计算机。
4、计算机软件：通过智能电路把由检测设备采集的测控信号传给计算机。计算机根据采集的信息控制设备运行并处理试验结果。
5、试验电极：根据***标准(1408.1-2006)随设备提供三个电极，具体规格为：Ф25mm×25mm两个；Ф75mm×25mm一个。（订做除外）

***服务：
一、安装调试：协助试验机的安装，负责试验机的运输、调试。
二、验收标准：试验机按订货技术附件进行验收。终验收在买方进行，对用户提供的试样进行试验，并提供测试报告。
三、培训：安装调试同时，在仪器操作现场一次性免费培训操作人员2-3名，该操作人员应是由需方选派的长期稳定的员工，培训后能够对设备基本原理、软件使用、操作、维护事项理解和应用，使人员能够***操作设备对样品进行检测、分析，同时能进行基本的维护。
四、软件升级：终生免费提供新版本控制软件。
五、保修：
1、设备保修两年，终身***服务，一年内非人为损坏的零部件免费更换，保修期内接到用户邀请后， ***迟响应时间为2小时内，在与用户确认故障后，我公司会在48小时内派工程师到达现场进行免费服务，尽快查清故障所在位置和故障原因，并向用户及时报告故障的原因和排除办法 。
2、保修期内人为损坏的零部件按采购（加工）价格收费更换。
3、保修期外继续为用户提供优质技术服务，在接到用户维修邀请后3天内派工程师到达用户现场进行维修。并享有优惠购买零配件的待遇。
4、传感器过载及整机电路超压损坏不在保修范围内。
六、***管理：
我公司实现计算机化管理，实行客户定期电话回访制度，定期复查设备的工作情况，定期电话指导用户对设备进行***和检测，以便设备正常运转，跟踪客户的设备使用情况，以便及时对设备进行维护。

操作步骤：

1、试验前的准备：

1）打开试验机右侧的总电源开关,预热15分钟。

2、交直流试验的切换

1）本仪器高压输出为交流电压。直流的获得方式为在原回路中串入高压硅堆，使测试回路为脉动的直流电压。实现的过程为，硅堆已经在高压变压器的高压绝缘塔中，平时用一个短路杆把高压硅堆短接。需要直流试验时，取出短路杆，使高压硅堆接入测试电路中，这时回路的电压为脉动的直流电压。
