绝缘材料表面电阻测试仪工作原理:
根据欧姆定律,被测电阻Rx等于施加电压V除以通过的电流I。传统的高阻计的工作原理是测量电压V固定,通过测量流过取样电阻的电流I来得到电阻值。从欧姆定律可以看出,由于电流I是与电阻成反比,而不是成正比,所以电阻的显示值是非线性的,即电阻无穷大时,电流为零,即表头的零位处是∞,其附近的刻度非常密,分辨率很低。整个刻度是非线性的。又由于测量不同的电阻时,其电压V也会有些变化,所以普通的高阻计是精度差,分辨率低。
本仪器是同时测出电阻两端的电压V和流过电阻的电流I,通过内部的大规模集成电路完成电压除以电流的计算,然后把所得到的结果经过A/D转换后以数字显示出电阻值,即便是电阻两端的电压V和流过电阻的电流I是同时变化,其显示的电阻值不象普通高阻计那样因被测电压V的变化或电流I的变而变,所以,即使测量电压,被测量电阻,电源电压等发生变化对其结果影响不大,其测量精度很高(专利),从理论上讲其误差可以做到零,而实际误差可以做到千分之几或万分之几。

绝缘材料表面电阻测试仪注意事项:
仪器使用前请仔细阅读以下内容,否则将造成仪器损坏或***情况。
1.检查仪器后面板电压量程是否置于10V档,电流电阻量程是否置于104档。
2.接通电源调零,(注意此时主机不得与屏蔽箱线路连接)在“Rx”两端开路的情况下,调零使电流表的显示为0000。然后关机。
3.将待测试样平铺在不保护电极正***,然后用保护电极压住样品,再插入被保护电极(不保护电极、保护电极、被保护电极应同轴且确认电极之间无短路)。
4.测体积电阻时测试按钮拨到Rv边,测表面电阻时测试按钮拨到Rs边,
5.接好测试线,将测试线将主机与屏蔽箱连接好。量程置于104档,打开主机后面板电源开关按钮。从仪器后面板调电压按钮到所要求的测量电压。(比如:GBT 1692-2008 硫化橡胶 绝缘电阻率的测定 标准中注明要求在500V电压进行测定,那么电压就要升到500V)
6.电流电阻量程按钮从低档位逐渐拨***,每拨一次停留1-2秒观察显示数字,当被测电阻大于仪器测量量程时,电阻表显示“1”,此时应继续将仪器拨到量程更高的位置。测量仪器有显示值时应停下,在1min的电化时间后测量电阻,当前的数字乘以档次即是被测电阻。
7.测试完毕先将量程拨至(104)档,然后将测量电压拨至10V档,***后将测试按钮拨到***位置后关闭电源。然后进行下一次测试。
8.应在“Rx”两端开路时调零,一般一次调零后在测试过程中不需再调零。
9.禁止将“RX”两端短路,以免微电流放大器受大电流冲击。
10.不得在测试过程中不要随意改动测量电压。
11.测量时从低次档逐渐拨往高次档。
12.接通电源后,手指不能触及高压线的金属部分。
13.不得测试过程中不能触摸微电流测试端。
14.在测量高阻时,应采用屏蔽盒将被测物体屏蔽。
15.严禁在试测过程随意改变电压量程及在通电过程中打开主机。
16.严禁电流电阻量程未在104档及电压在10V档,更换试样。

Working principle:
According to Ohm's law, the measured resistance Rx is equal to the applied voltage V divided by the current I. The traditional high resistance meter works is the measurement of the voltage V fixed, by measuring the flow through the sampling resistance of the current I to get the resistance value. From Ohm's law can be seen as the current I is inversely proportional to the resistance, but not proportional, so is nonlinear resistance display value is infinite resistance when the current is zero, which is zero at the header is infinite, the scale near the very dense, low resolution. The whole scale is nonlinear. And since the measurement of different resistance, the voltage V will be some changes, so the ***erage high resistance meter is poor accuracy, low resolution.

Matters needing attention
Before use, please read the following content carefully, otherwise it will cause damage to the instrument or electric shock.
1 check the instrument panel voltage range is placed in the 10V file, the current resistance range is placed in the 104 file.
2 switch on the power of zero, (note that the host is not connected with the shield box line) in the "Rx" at both ends of the open circuit, zero adjustment to the current table display is 0000. Then shut down.
3 test samples will be laid on the protection of the central electrode is not used, then press protective electrode samples, then insert the protected electrode (do not protect the electrode, electrode, electrode protection protection should be no short circuit between the coaxial electrode and confirm).
4 measurement of the volume resistance when the test button to dial the Rv edge, the test surface resistance when the test button to dial the Rs edge,
5 to connect the test line, the test line will be connected to the host and shielding box. Range in 104 stalls, open the host after the panel power switch button.
