    涡轮减速机是工业生产中经常用到的机械产品，常见于各种驱动马达之中。对于如何选择涡轮减速机的型号，一般来说有一下几种方式:
    一、 根据电机功率大小 输入转速 需要输出转速 以及输出扭矩 确定是几级传动的，考虑到传动的***，看是传动比是几比几，工作时间，工作环境等等因素。在根据设计手册来选型
    二、  选择减速机要素：1、功率（扭矩）2、减速比 3、工况（工作条件）涡轮蜗杆选择基本和其他减速机相同，其优点：可自锁，减速比较大，可改变方向。缺点：功率损失大，发热高，输入速度不高，寿命短。
    三、 蜗轮蜗杆减速机是一种动力传达机构，利用齿轮的速度转换器，将电机（马达）的回转数减速到所要的回转数，并得到较大转矩的机构。在目前用于传递动力与运动的机构中，减速机的应用范围相当广泛。

 

 

 

 

 

 

减速机的作用及发展方向
在大型生产设备上，我们常常可以看到减速机使用的身影，像升降机、烘干机上等，减速机的使用可以帮助其很好的调节升降速度。
减速机在减速的同时还可以降低设备的负载惯量，设备惯量的减少是减速比的平方，可以便于设备更好的调速。而且减速机在降速的同时还可以提高输出扭矩，扭矩输出比例是根据电机输出乘减速比，要是扭矩超出减速机额定扭矩，就会在一定程度上影响减速机的使用寿命。
未来减速机的发展方向
积木式组合设计——良好的设置减速机的基本参数，规范好尺寸的规格，增强零件通用性和互换性强，这样有利于生产企业***批量生产和降低成本，提高减速机的效益。
水平与性能——如齿轮减速机，将齿轮设置成圆柱状，采用渗碳淬火、磨齿，提高设备的承载能力，这样的减速机具有体积小、重量轻、噪声低等优点。
型式多样化——过去减速机采用的单一的底座安装方式，但是随着设备的生产需要，减速机还可以采取空心轴悬挂式、浮动支承底座、电动机与减速器一体式联接等安装方式。
