立式（***先出）橡胶射出成型机：
机台特点：
- 采用***先出***装置，防止死料残留，便于清洁、换色
- 适用各种橡胶原料，矽胶及氟胶亦可使用，胶料***时温度相对较高，可缩短硫化时间
- 先塑化的胶料先被***，一次***的胶料在***料筒中停留的时间相同，避免***入的胶料因在***料筒中停留时间过长而出现过早硫化现象
- ***柱可移至***料筒之外，大大简化胶料更换的操作
- 计量时背压一致，***精度高
Characteristics of the machine:
- Using FIFO injection device to prevent the residue ,easy to clean and change color of materials.
- Applicable to all kinds of rubber materials , silicone rubber and fluorine rubber can be used, The temperature will be higher and the vulcanizing time can be shortened.
- First ,the plastify material will be injected first,material will be stay in the injection tube , the stay time is the same for injection one time,to ***oid the plastify material premature vulcanization,because of staying for a long time in the injection tube.
- The injection tube can be moved , the replacement of materials be easier.
- The pressure is balanced and injection precision is higher.
