COSTCO验厂之RPT合规测试项目问卷要求：
一、Product Specificati***产品规格书：
1、The product specification shall identify all rules, bans, standa*** to which the product must comply产品规格书应明确产品必须符合的所有条例，禁止条例，标准；
2、The company shall h***e a product specification which is unique for their location公司应有在其使用位置的***的产品规格证书；
3、The company shall h***e a system (or procedure) in place to ensure that product specificati*** are documented, maintained, adequate, and in compliance with relevant safety, legislative and customer requirements.公司应该有一个系统（或者程序）以确保产品规格书是书面的，被维护的，充分的，同时和相关的安全性，合法性和客户要求都相一致
二、Certification Testing 认证测试
4、The company shall conduct certification tests before issuing a certificate of conformity to the final product, and all certificates of conformity shall be traceable to the appropriate certification testing. 在发放成品符合性证书之前，工厂需要进行认证测试。所有的符合性证书应该可以追溯到相关联的认证类测试。
5、Samples submitted for certification testing shall be in sufficient number, in accordance to the testing plan, and identical in all material respects to the finished products (or finished component parts which are listed in the product specification). 上交认证类测试的样品应该数量充足，符合测试标准计划，同时所有材料都应该和成品材料相符（或者符合在产品规格书所罗列的成品组件部分相符合）。
6、Changes in materials or components shall h***e new certification if they could affect the safety, quality or legality of the product. 如果材料或者组件的改变有可能影响产品的安全性，质量，或者合法性，则需要新的认证。
7、The company shall establish procedures to subcontract analyses or testing to a CPSC approved, accredited lab to confirm product safety, legality and quality. 公司应该建立程序将分析和测试转包给经过CPSC批准，认证的实验室，以确保产品的安全性，合法性和质量。
8、Conformance to specification/formulation shall be measured according to a documented testing plan on sample size, frequency and method indicated by following regulatory, or customer's, requirements. 应根据书面的测试计划例如产品抽样量 和测试频率，以及***及客户要求，对产品是否符合产品规格书/规划进行测量。
9、Frequency of third party testing shall be selected no less than the CPSC minimum frequency. 第三方测试的频率应该不低于CPSC***小测试频率
