8.1.2 offer field service personnel should possess the following qualificati***
8.1.2.1 observe discipline, abide by the site's each rules and regulati***, abide by rules of electric power safety work;
8.1.2.2 has the strong sense of resp***ibility and the dedication to work, in place in time;
8.1.2.3 understand the contract equipment design, familiar with its structure, has the same or similar unit site c***truction work experience, correctly on-site guidance;
8.1.2.4 healthy body, to adapt to the work at the site conditi***. Offer must replace the unqualified field service personnel.
8.1.3 offer field service personnel duty
8.1.3.1 quoted the main task of field service personnel including equipment call, unpacking of the goods inspection, quality problems of processing, guiding installation and commissioning, to participate in the start-up and performance acceptance test.
8.1.3.2 before installation and commissioning, offer technical service personnel should be on inquiry technical clarificaiton, procedure and method of explanation and dem***tration are going to do. For important process (see table), to offer technical people to confirm and visa, c***truction of inquiry party won't be able to the next procedure. Confirmed by the quoted and visa process quoted as a result of technical service personnel guidance errors and problems, take full resp***ibility for the party.
7.1.5 inquiry party shall h***e the right to send personnel to offer party factory, test site and laboratory equipments and its main components manufacturing, assembly, testing and debugging of the production process such as spot check.
7.1.6 inquiry staff put forward the relati***hip to the problem of equipment quality, price will reply within 1 week.
7.2 the factory inspection and test
7.2.1 quoted battery is required to provide a full range of equipment type test, factory test, the commissioning test report, test programs, content, methods, standa*** and other requirements, in accordance with the relevant countries and the electric power industry standard specification. Battery delivery until they h***e passed the test before they go out. The type testing shall not be less than the following items:
A) 10 h rate capacity test
B) the accident impact discharge test
C) discharge characteristic curve test
D) open circuit voltage test
E) pressure drop test
7.2.2 before delivery test items include:
A) polarity test
B) the open circuit voltage test
C) 10 h rate capacity test
D) the acid mist performance
E) safety performance test
7. 3 field test
Equipment in the field after installation, test according to related standa***. Test results and conform to the state and the mechanical ministry standard requirements.

对于所有提供的工程，应在图纸和***终图纸上加盖专用章。
7.1基本要求
7.1.1在本部分为执行合同方对所供设备进行检验和性能试验的报价时，应确保所供设备的报价符合本技术规范书的要求。设备及其主要部件按***有关标准进行型式试验、出厂试验，各种试验按***有关标准和规定进行。每组进行全电池出厂试验，并提供完整的试验报告和出厂试验报告及试验验收标准。
7.1.2报价方应在合同生效后一个月内，就按检验提供的本合同设备、性能验收试验标准进行询价，并在试验报告中对一个月前的试验标准、计划和报告进行询价方检验。相关标准应符合技术规范的规定。
7.1.3报价将与机器的所有设备现场试验相匹配。
7.1.4查询认为某项测试条件、内容、程序、测量和记录不符合要求的，有权拒绝接受测试报告重新进行测试。
