合肥进口二手OLED蒸镀设备时怎么报关
外媒刚刚***了苹果的一项 OLED 屏专利，其有望作为未来 MacBook 或 iPad 的第二屏幕，从而彻底告别实体键盘。USPTO 公布的这项专利名叫《带增强可视性和***反射的双屏装备》，编号为 9,904,502 。Patently Apple 指出：文档配图描绘了一种设备，而且它有两种使用形式 —— 其一是通过一个***式的铰链连接，其二是允许移除屏幕并单独使用（这点和微软 Surface 等二合一电脑类似）。
此前，苹果已经在 2016 MacBook Pro 产品线上尝试过动态键盘部件，即 OLED Touch Bar 。而以这种方式来呈现整个键盘，似乎是这一理念的一种进化和延续。
有趣的是，苹果在标题中特地提到了“增强显示”和“***反射”，估计两块显示屏都可以借助偏振层和光波片来防眩光。当然，专利可能只会停留在纸面上，新品不见得会很快上市。
一、二手旧机械设备进口原因如下：
1）工业发达***的有些企业,或因竞争需要而加快设备更新;或因相互兼并而调整产品结构;或者经营不善而停业倒闭,总有一些设备被淘汰或闲置,源源不断地进入流通领域,形成国际二手设备市场。
2）是一些资本雄厚、竞争能力强的跨国公司,为加快产品更新,占领市场,一般在设备使用5～7年(***多10年)之后就要更新。
3）这些设备价格较便宜,大体只相当新设备价格的1/3～1/5。我国企业正是利用这些条件,从国际市场上选购技术比较***适用、价格低廉的设备,来缓解外汇紧缺的困难,并可缩短建设周期。
二、进口二手设备的手续如何？
1、贸易方式：目前国内采用***多的国际贸易条款有3种：EXW、FOB、CIF。不同贸易方式，进口商承担的责任不一样。EXW贸易条款进口商需要负责国外***提货，国外清关，海运，国内清关；FOB贸易条款进口商需要负责海运及国内清关；而CIF贸易条款进口商只需要负责国内清关。
