一、产品概述：
罗茨风机属容积式风机，叶轮端面、风机前后端盖。原理是利用两个叶形转子在气缸内作相对运动来压缩和输送气体的回转压缩机。这种鼓风机结构简单，制造方便，广泛应用于水产养殖增氧、污水处理曝气、水泥输送，更适用于低压力场合的气体输送和加压系统，也可用作真空泵等。
二、产品组成：
罗茨风机由：机壳、墙板、叶轮、油箱、消声器五大部分组成。
机壳：主要起到支撑（墙板、叶轮、消声器）和固定的作用。
墙板：主要用来连接机壳与叶轮，并支撑叶轮的旋转，以及起到端面密封的效果。
叶轮：是罗茨风机的旋转部分，分两叶和三叶，但由于三叶的比两叶的出气脉动更小、噪声更小、运转更平稳等很多优点，已逐渐代替两叶罗茨风机。
油箱：主要用于存放用来润滑齿轮及轴承的润滑油。
消声器：用来减小罗茨风机的进、出时由于气流脉动产生的噪音。
三、工作原理：
罗茨风机是容积式风机的一种，有两个三叶叶轮在由机壳和墙板密封的空间中相对转动，由于每个叶轮都是采用渐开线，或是外摆线的包络线，每个叶轮的三个叶片是完全相同的，同时两个叶轮也是完全相同的，这样就大大降低了加工难度。叶轮在加工时采用数控设备，保证了两个叶轮在中心距不变情况下，不管两个叶轮旋转到什么位置，都能保持一定的***间隙，从而保证气体的***在允许范围内。
两个叶轮相向转动，由于叶轮与叶轮、叶轮与机壳、叶轮与墙板之间的间隙***，从而使进气口形成了真空状态，空气在大气压的作用下进入进气腔，然后，每个叶轮的其中两个叶片与墙板、机壳构成了一个密封腔，进气腔的空气在叶轮转动的过程中，被两个叶片所形成密封腔不断地带到排气腔，又因为排气腔内的叶轮是相互啮合的，从而把两个叶片之间的空气挤压出来，这样连续不停的运转，空气就源源不断地从进气口输送到出气口，这就是罗茨风机的整个工作过程。
