半导体二手分选机进口需要哪些报关手续
由于是二手设备所以进口清关装运前需要注意一下事项事项:
- 将机械表面的油垢清除干净，机械如遇有油箱及其他装储液体装置，请将液体抽干，并将封口用防水胶布施封；
- 污垢清除后，如机器表面保护漆已经脱落，并起锈，外观成色非常陈旧者，建议喷涂以机械原色为基准的着色， 尽量保持机械表面着色新净；
- 机械原有铭牌标记，如已经脱落或者丢失，建议重新制作铭牌标记（机械型号，年份，品牌，产地，制造商等信息），年份建议不超过 10 年为基准。
- 机械接触部分或者操作台附件，请在显眼处贴标《安全使用警示牌》；
- 如机械附件类的电源，电线，接口等，建议使用绳索扎紧，避免装卸时损坏；
- 机械清洁后，在未用薄膜、木卡板等工具施封前，请将每台机器设备拍照（每台设备清晰的全景的正面、左，右两侧和铭牌部位图片各 1 张），回传予我司以旧机电进口前备案之用；
- 如属仪器类，按键部位，建议采取使用木箱打包装箱，并在出口前做熏蒸消毒处理，提供《木质包装检疫消毒证书》；）

If there is a tank or other liquid storage device, please drain the liquid and seal the seal with waterproof glue.2.After dirt removal, if the protective paint on the machine surface has fallen off and rusted, and the appearance is very old, it is suggested to spray the coloring based on the mechanical primary color, and try to keep the machine surface fresh and clean;3. If the original nameplate mark of the machine has been shed or lost, it is suggested to remake the nameplate mark (information such as mechanical model, year, brand, origin, manufacturer, etc.). The year is suggested to be no more than 10 years as the benchmark.(4) for mechanical contact parts or accessories to the operating table, please put up a sign in a c***picuous place (safe use of warning signs);5.For example, electrical power, wires, interfaces, etc., such as mechanical accessories, should be fastened with ropes to ***oid damage during loading and unloading.6. After mechanical cleaning, please take pictures of each machine (front, left) with a clear panoramic view of each machine before sealing it with thin film, wooden card, etc.One picture on the right side and one picture on the nameplate were sent back to us for record before the import of the old machinery;7. In the case of instruments and keystrokes, it is suggested to use wooden boxes for packing cases, fumigation and disinfection before export, and provide the certificate of quarantine and disinfection of wooden packaging.
