一：有进出口权的进口商企业需要注意：关于暂缓报送《报关单位注册信息年度报告》有关事项的公告为贯彻党***、国务Y关于推进“放管服”改革部署和国务Y简政放权工作要求，减轻广大进出口企业负担，优化营商环境，加强事中事后监管，***决定：自2018年1月1日起，进出口企业暂缓向海关报送2017年度《报关单位注册信息年度报告》。***正在按照国务Y统一部署，会同工商、商务等部门推进企业年报“多报合一”改革工作，待改革完成后，进出口企业将通过***统一平台报送年报。具体报送时间、方式和年报内容等将另行公告。

三：对列入《强制性产品认证目录》内的进口商品，且符合***质检总局117号令《强制性产品认证规定》第四十二条规定的几种情形：
1：为科研、测试所需的产品；
2：为考核技术引进生产线所需的零部件；
3：直接为***终用户维修目的所需的零部件/产品；
4：工厂生产线/成套生产线配套所需的设备/部件（不包含办公用品）；
5：仅用于商业展示，但不销售的产品；
6：暂时进口后需退运出关的产品（含展览品）；
7：以整机全数出口为目的而用一般贸易方式进口的零部件；
8：以整机全数出口为目的而用进料或来料加工方式进口的零部件。
四：对于科研测试的汽车办理免3C证明需要提供些什么资料？办理时间周期是多久呢？一般办理时间为3-5个工作日左右（根据不同属地商检局来定），科研测试用的汽车客气办理免3C证明需要提供资料：进口提单、合同、invoice、企业营业执照复印件；企业申请函，包括：⑴企业概况介绍、产品明细、免办原因、非旧机电产品声明、不用于销售及真实性承诺；⑵承诺自觉做好免办产品的入库、领用、使用、归还、退运或报废管理，并接受检验检疫机构的监督检查；产品特点，包括：产品标准、特性描述、基本技术参数（电压、功率等）、安全性声明、用途、实物照片；上年度凭《免办Z明》进口的产品的核销情况说明；科研测试计划书或项目书，包括：背景介绍、测试内容及项目、测试起止时间、测试结束产品的处理方式；汽车产品需提供自动进口许可证、车架号、发动机号，自动进口许可证上商品用途一栏须为***样机；摩托车产品需提供车架号、发动机号等应当如实向行政***提交有关材料和反映真实情况，并对其申请材料实质内容的真实性负责，具体可来电咨询。
