秤台在纵横向均设缓冲限位装置，防止车辆过行驶、刹车等产生冲击力和侧向力，用以保护衡器。
秤台面板采用钢板，厚度10~14mm，保证足够的强度，长期使用不变形。
传接线盒采用不锈钢制作，防止锈蚀。
传输线缆按***标准规范进行安装防护，布置整齐合理。

所有需要涂漆表面在涂漆前进行彻底的外观质量和除锈处理。钢结构表面喷砂预处理，满足秤体整体耐磨、耐压、耐酸、耐碱及防腐能力强的要求。
秤台使用冷弯U型钢与钢板焊接，组成稳定的箱梁结构，选用国内知名钢铁企业钢材。
零件材料质量符合***规范中标准规定。
秤台结构件的处理，采用冷弯U型钢，主筋板采用Q235碳钢板，表面除锈预处理，再喷涂环氧富锌底漆，干膜厚度大于40μm，以保证外层涂料不脱落，可延长使用年限。面漆采用树酯漆，涂二层，其干膜总厚度大于100μm，面漆的颜色可与需方协商确定。
