机器由冲孔系统、机械手送料系统、校正系统、绕线穿线系统以及气泵、电气控制系统及***的收放物料装置组成（见图四）。
The machine is c***ist of Punching system, Gripper deliver system, Adjust system, Forming and binding system, Air compressor ,Electric control system, and the Feed and Receive belt.(Picture 4)

本系统由伺服系统、传动系统、凸轮机构、理料机构、冲孔模具组组成（见图五）。通过机械手1将产品从冲孔待料位移至打孔等待位，然后三面同时整理将纸张对齐，然后通过推刀分层推至冲孔工位冲孔，冲孔结束后通过机械手2将书本移至下一工位。产品大小和页边距均可调整，通过更换冲孔模具可冲制各种形状的孔。
The system c***ists of servo system, tran***ission system, cam structure, neat parts, punching mould (Picture 5), Through the Gripper 1 to take the book from the wait station to punch position, then neat the book, then the push knife to push the book to punch, after punching the Gripper 2 move the book to next station.

该系统由伺服系统、光电系统、皮带传动系统、直线导轨、气缸及连杆组成的同步联动机构。待冲孔待料位有产品光电给信号，气缸夹紧，夹紧信号传给伺服电机，电机运转带动皮带传动，皮带系统将力沿直线导轨输出至机械手，机械手123通过连杆连接保证了机械手123同步联动各个工位有序供料（见图六）。

To be punching material level to the product photoelectric signal, cylinder clamping, clamping signal to the servo motor, the motor running belt drive, belt system will be along the linear guide output to the gripper, the gripper 123 through the connecting rod to ensure that the gripper 123 synchronous linkage of each station orderly supply (Picture 6)
该机构采用伺服驱动，同步带传动，直线导轨导向。因而整机运转平稳，传动可靠，降低了工作噪声，大大提高了设备精度和稳定性。
The agency uses servo drive, timing belt drive, linear guide guide. So the machine running ***oothly, reliable tran***ission, reducing the work noise, greatly improving the equipment accuracy and stability.
