　上浆方式有两种,即带浆辊法和饱和浸渍法。其中带浆辊法让水刺布在压辊和上浆辊之间通过,上浆辊将浆槽中的PVA浆液带起并转移到水刺布上。压浆辊表面包覆橡胶,对水刺布进行挤压,把一部分浆液压入水刺布内部,使其分布均匀,并把多余的浆液挤去。调节压浆辊与上浆辊之间的间隙,可以控制水刺布的上浆率。带浆辊法由于生产速度快、带浆量少、浆液渗透时间短,水刺布吃浆量少,适合薄型水刺布的上浆。如用于厚型水刺布会出现浸透不好现象,成品两面手感有差异。 

　　饱和浸渍法让水刺布进入浆槽,由浸没辊使水刺布完全浸入浆液内,由于布在浆槽里浸透时间长,且吸收的浆液充分,因此PVA在纤维中分布均匀。该法上浆量大,成品的柔软度较带浆辊法上浆稍硬。总体而言,合成革厂家根据对基布的特性要求,可以通过选择不同的工艺对水刺布采取PVA上浆整理,以提高合成革的透气和舒适性能。 

　　生产有益***健康的负离子聚氨酯合成革 

　　***研究证明,负离子产品对***健康有***作用,选用奇冰石超细粉末作为无机填料添加到聚氨酯树脂中,制成负离子合成革,可持续释放较高浓度的空气负离子,对***健康产生有益的作用。 

　　例如,在180质量份额的PU溶液中加入10%的奇冰石粉末,奇冰石粉末实际加入量为18份。工艺流程为:糊树脂+奇冰石粉末一搅拌一刮涂面层一烘干一刮涂粘合层一贴基布一烘干一剥离一PU革。其中,搅拌时间为20～30 MIN,烘箱温度为130～140℃,烘燥时间为2～3MIN。实践证明,在PU溶液中奇冰石粉末混入比例为10%时,负离子革的发射浓度为1.49万个/CM3,相当于城市郊外田野中的负离子浓度,可以满足***健康的需要。 

　　随奇冰石粉末混人比例的增加,所得试样发射负离子的浓度也呈增加趋势,但到一定比例后,发射浓度增加的趋势变缓。这样可以确定材料的***佳混入比例,为PU树脂工作溶液中加入10%～13%奇冰石粉末(即每100份PU树脂需加人18～23.4份奇冰石粉末)。超过这一比例后材料的负离子发射浓度不再明显增加,可能是因为糊树脂中超细奇冰石粉末比例太大,粉末之间发生较强烈的团聚,导致粉末发射负离子的功能下降。 

　　总体而言,奇冰石超细粉末可以作为一种功能性无机填料添加到聚氨酯树脂中制成负离子聚氨酯合成革,***佳混入比例为100份PU树脂中加入18—23.4份奇冰石粉末,这种负离子革能够发射出高浓度空气负离子,从而生产出对***十分有益的健康合成革。
