该漆适合使用于真空镀铝，金属，塑料（ABS/PC/PS/PMMA/OPP），木材等多种素材上，附着力佳、流平好、硬度高、施工性好，层间附着力好，上镀性佳，光固化速度快；作为底漆或面漆使用皆可，施工方式可喷涂或滚涂；使用中用水作稀释剂，排放环保，对工人无伤害，机械清洗用洗衣粉溶液或酒精皆可。

使用方法和施工条件：
1、工件前处理--喷涂—IR（65-80℃3-5min）--***(600-1200mj/cm2)--镀膜。
2、本产品直接喷涂、不用稀释，如需稀释请用乙醇和水进行稀释。
3、固化条件为3000W或以上功率之UV灯管,灯管与被照物距离在10CM内固化速度***快效果***好,大于这个距离的话光照时间需适当延长，对多面工件应采用多角度照射的光固化UV机。
4、当单独用水过量稀释时,光油会出现乳白现象,此时可加入适量乙醇将光油重新调至透明使用,也可以在乳白状态精继续使用,但须经热风干燥至涂膜表面重新透明方能进入UV炉进行UV光固化。

注意事项：
以上数据为常规技术要求参数，可根据客户实际要求进行调整。
使用前，用自来水将工具清洗干净。稀释时只能用自来水或去离水，不能添加任何油性稀释剂。边搅拌边加，以保证漆液均匀。
施工时注意通风。施工结束，器具立即用清水清洗干净。
产品有效期6个月，如果超过请先检测合格后才能使用。产品贮存在阴凉干燥库房。
