使用方法
1、喷涂前须先清除待喷工件表面所附着的尘埃、颗粒、油脂等***。
2、使用前请将涂料完全搅拌均匀后再使用。
3、涂料之混合比例（施工比例）：弹性橡皮漆：固化剂：稀释剂=10：1：5
4、涂装条件：涂装粘度：18-20秒按不同的材料要求调节到***佳粘度为宜。
口径：1.0-1.5mm 喷枪压力：3—5kg/cm 涂装距离：20—30cm
标准厚度：20—30u 置放时间：调配好充分搅拌均匀后喷涂
烘干温度：65-130℃的范围（塑料件正常控制在65-70℃保温烘烤30-40分钟，金属及不锈钢工件控制在120-130度保温烘烤30-40分钟）

关于各种金属、不锈钢底材涂装弹性漆施工工艺
1、涂装前对底材表面进行处理，除去表面油污、脱模剂、灰尘、杂物，***好用专用稀料擦洗干净。
2、单组分金属底漆涂装：——涂装前将底漆充分搅拌均匀，采用专用稀料调整到规定要求的粘度，如果采用本公司的专用底漆和专用稀料效果更佳。底漆涂装结束，静止晾干10~15分钟，放进常温烘箱（约40度），然后升温120-140度的烘箱中烘干30分种左右取出凉透准备涂装弹性橡胶漆。
3、金属弹性清漆涂装；（双组份）弹性漆：固化剂：稀料=10：1：4—6。调配前先将弹性橡胶漆充分搅拌均匀，然后加入专用固化剂及稀料，与弹性橡胶漆一起搅拌均匀，用300目过滤网过滤后即可喷涂，一般情况可喷二道。喷涂结束后晾干10~15分钟（常温），后放进常温烘箱（约40度）然后升温至100~130度，保温30~40分钟，便可得到弹性好、附着力佳的涂膜，可以在涂层表面丝网印刷、镭雕，完全可以通过相关检测。

注意事项：
弹性橡胶手感漆是一种技术含量较高的方便型双组份涂料，调配过程中要做到现配现用，不要过多调配，一般控制在4小时内用完，以免油漆胶化后造成浪费。电子计量要准确无误，***起码要***到1克否则会影响弹性手感、附着力、光泽度等各项指标。喷涂结束后，一定要将喷枪清洗干净，以免残留物留在喷枪中，影响下次喷涂。不详之处，可电话咨询我公司。
