Jinli-GYL-125隧道式低频感应电炉隧道式低频感应电炉用于黄铜熔化和保温，该炉由两个炉腔组成，一个用于装料融化，另一个用于保温及取铜操作。两个炉腔中间有一个隔墙，隔墙中部有三个通孔，熔化腔底部洁净铜水通过该孔流到保温腔中，日字型感应环被平直放置，它产生的能量对被加热金属进行搅动并使之产生特殊扰流，改善了铜的精炼。该炉配有一个温度控制系统，系统中有3对热电偶及相应的温度控制器，这就使感应电炉有了很高的效率以及安全性，根据热电偶输出温度，由两台抽风机冷却电炉线圈(一个工作，一个备用)。该炉在设计时充分考虑到了方便维修和重砌内衬操作。

熔化腔，取料腔，包含黄铜二次感应环的电磁感应系统。用于电炉控制的电控柜，空气冷却系统，配备有抽风机和热电偶。触摸屏-PLC控制，根据出铜量选择***佳的功率，带有温度控制器的自动控温系统，热电偶装有特殊保护套。
