iTC-S-1-03 Double test air-tightness testing facility

本设备主要用于卫浴行业中水龙头壳体的测试与成品的密封性测试，先用气测测试智能判断产品的密封性质量，测试参数及泄漏部位都可以方便的读取。如不合格可以先知道哪个部位泄漏，再下沉水里看到泄漏部位冒泡。摆脱了以前直接用水测目视观察所带来的不利影响。该设备也可以通过使用不同的夹具并编制相应的程序参数用于其他行业的产品测试，如气动和液动零部件制造行业的零部件的气密性测试，汽车零件的测试等。

This facility is mainly used for sealing testing of semi-final and final product of faucet in sanitary industry. First use air to test seal quality of product automatically, test parameters and leaking location can be loading conveniently. If it is not qualified, you can know which part is leaking. Then it sinks the faucet into the water to see leaking location. This can ***oid weak point of visual analyze during the water testing directly. This device can also used for other industry product testing by the use of different fixture and relevant procedure parameters, such as the air-tightness test of pneumatic and hydraulic components manufacturing industry parts, auto parts, etc.
