本流水线由气密性测试机、全自动旋螺机、全自动倒螺机、抹油机、上光夹具五台机器组成。使用此套检测设备组成的龙头装配流水线只需要4-6人，相当于传统装配线12-15人的产量，不到一年可收回***。传统装配线的长度需要18长，而用我们的设备组成的流水线只需要7-8米。
本流水线适用于面盆类、浴缸类、淋浴类、菜盆类、妇浴类等产品的装配与检测。
●ITC-Q-1-03型气密性测试机是西班牙意大利等***知名企业使用多年的成熟产品，符合EN817欧洲标准和GB18145中国***标准；测试使用2-8bar的压缩空气，不用水，避免水对龙头的污染和腐蚀，既环保又干净卫生，提高产品档次；测试时间：面盆类15-30秒/个；浴缸类30-50秒/个。
●ITC-D-1全自动倒螺机具有正反转功能，可对倒螺进行装配和拆卸，输出扭力可任意调节；改测试机通用性强，只需更换六角工作头即可适用于龙头不同尺寸的倒螺装配，速度快，装配一个龙头8-10秒；
●ITC-X-1全自动旋螺机用于卫浴龙头高脚阀芯压盖的装配，操作简单，劳动强度低，产品扭力稳定一致，速度快，装配一个龙头6-8秒；
●ITC-O-35抹油机使用方便，只需要更换前端铜螺母即可适用于不同规格的阀芯，省油，涂抹均匀，速度快；
●ITC-JT-001B上光夹具省力，减少员工的劳动强度，速度快，提高产量。
This work line is composed by air-tightness testing facility, Automatic Thread Revolve Facility, Automatic Counter-nut Facility, Grease ***ear Facility, Glazing Jig five facilities. Using this set of faucets testing and assembling line equipments composition only need 4-6 people. However, equivalent to traditional assembly line 12-15 people output. So the investment can be returned Less than one year. Traditional assembly line length 18 meters, but with our equipment composition of assembly line only need 7-8 meters. This line applies to face basin, bathtub, shower, dish bowl kind, woman bath of such class product assembly and testing.
●ITC-Q-1-03 air tightness test machine is a mature product that used in a long history and well-known in Spain, Italy and other countries. Comply with EN817 European standa*** and GB18145 Chinese national standa***. The test use 2-8bar compressed air without water, to ***oid water corrosion the faucet. Being green and clean, improve the product specification. Testing time need: face basin faucet 15-30 seconds per each, Bath crock faucet 30-50 seconds per each.
●ITC-D-1 Automatic Counter-nut Facility has the turning and reverse function can push or pull screw for assemble or disassemble. The output torque can be regulated. This testing machine has a good generality. Only need to change hexagon head, it can apply to leading work of different sizes pour screw assembly. It has a high speed, assemble a faucet only need 8-10 seconds.
●ITC-X-1 Automatic Thread Revolve Facility is used in sanitary faucet tall foot valve spool gland assembly, h***e advantages of simple operation, low labor strength, product torsion stable and c***istent, high speed, assemble a faucet only need 6-8 seconds.
●ITC-O-35 Grease ***ear Facility is easy to use, only needs to replace front-end copper nut can apply to different specificati*** of valve core. It s***e fuel, daub evenly, use speedily.
●ITC-JT-001B Glazing Jig is effective and can reduce employees’labor intensity, has a high speed. It can improve the output.
